C.R.A.B. Cancer Research Advocate Bikers Blueys
C.R.A.B. Cancer Research Advocate Bikers was founded by Robbie Grimstone in 2004. Our founder suffered through years of grief and sorrow after the loss of his Mother, Shirley Grimstone to Cancer, on McLeay Island in Queensland.
Out of this grief he and few mates formed C.R.A.B., a combination of motorcycles and fundraising to raise money for the research of cancer so that we may find a cure for this disease that has taken so many lives.
Each state has a different C.R.A.B. :
Queensland has the "Muddies"
Brisbane has the "Sandies"
Victoria has the Mornington Peninsula "Hermits"
NSW have the "Kingies"
And here in South Australia, we have the "Blueys"
All money that we raise goes directly to the Hanson Institute at The Royal Adelaide Hospital for the research of Cancer in hopes that someday we may find a cure.
